Infoproducts and right of withdrawal
-
Article 49 of the CDC provides for the right to regret a purchase for purchases made outside the commercial establishment, which protects the consumer against “ blind purchases ”. The legal standard protects the consumer from something that is acquired without having prior knowledge of its content .
"Despite the fact that no right is absolute, the discussion of which is broad and would not be interesting to address here, there is no reason to rule out the right to regret in situations where the person purchases a product without prior “tasting.”"
"However, I believe that the situation would change completely if part of this material were made available free of charge and in advance, in which the consumer could effectively check whether the product meets their expectations and would therefore not be so vulnerable in the relationship."
