Infoprodutos e direito de arrependimento

  • Article 49 of the CDC provides for the right to regret purchases for purchases made outside the commercial establishment, which protects the consumer from “blind purchases”. The legal standard protects the consumer from something they are purchasing without having prior knowledge of its content.

  • "Although no right is absolute, the discussion of which is broad and which it would not be interesting to address here, there is no point in removing the right to repentance in situations in which he acquires a product without a prior “tasting”."

  • "However, I consider that the situation would completely change if part of this material was made available free of charge in advance, in which the consumer could effectively check whether the product meets their expectations and would therefore not be so vulnerable in the relationship."
